The time of technical support is 10AM ~ 5PM, Monday to Friday.

Following contents have to be included when you require technical support via e-mail.

• E-mail subject that is about technical support
• The name of HPC system you used
• Error message
• Path located files : batch file, error file, etc.
• Application/Program name you used
• Detailed description about problem
